BRETT WALTER

Brett is the Chief legal counsel with a diverse legal background. He brings over 20 years of experience managing day-to-day corporate legal operations, litigations across 15 countries, cross-border transactions, corporate and financial restructuring, and multibillion-dollar settlement negotiations.

He has been the lead advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Management teams on corporate governance, litigation strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Brett holds a JD in Law from Duke University.
