SHAUNA BARKER

Shauna is the Co-founder and CFO at Launch Finance. She has extensive corporate finance experience from over 25 years in strategic roles for leading public and private technology companies in Silicon Valley. Shauna is an industry leader in leading IPOs, M&As, Debt deals, and VC funding. She is an experienced advisor and strategic business partner to startup CEOs through her financial consulting firm.

Shauna began her career as an audit professional and CPA at Ernst & Young. She holds a BA in economics, graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCSB, and an MBA from Wharton School of Business.
